Can you guess how I got my name, Leafa? Could it be because I got stuck up a tree many years ago? It's true! Back in 2012, I climbed a tree and was stuck there for three days! The shelter manager came and got me down, and I was named Leafa. I was adopted and lived with my people until recently. The husband passed away in June, and my lady had to move to a new place that didn't accept pets. I was a wonderful companion for this older lady, and we miss each other very much. I'm a quiet girl and not much of a lap cat, but I can be quite affectionate at times, and I liked sleeping with her. Even though I am 14 ½ years old, I still like playing with toys, and I like children. I'm a lovely white and black girl who would do well as an only cat. I had been eating Meow Mix in my home. If you're looking for a sweet, gentle cat to keep you company, I'd be happy to be your lovely Leafa girl.
