Meet Ms Lilo! She has been here at the shelter a long time and we are loving her here but it's time for her to find a forever home. You see Lilo came in with a little baby still nursing. The only survivor of this momma's little family or so the story goes. She was an incredible momma but now its her turn to live her very best life. Her baby has found his home and its Milos turn! She's a very affectionate girl and enjoys a good zoomie for sure. She does take a minute to warm up to new people because she doesn't instantly trust, who can blame her. We are not recommending her for kids right now but in a loving home where she can feel more secure, she may be faster to accept and trust. walking past other dogs in the kennel she is only reactive to dogs that are barking at her, calm dogs she goes right past so if you have a calm dog in the home we will do a dog meet here at the shelter to see how they get along. Lilo does appear housebroken and does pull a bit on the leash but corrects after she is out for a little bit. She's a puppy at heart herself and needs to let out that bottled up happiness and energy.
