Where are my big dog people?! Look at this big, beautiful ginger boy Brooks. He is extremely smart and strong. He doesn't know his own size but responds very well to commands. When he first got to the shelter Brooks was very defensive and a bit difficult. Because of the fear aggression he showed and his boundless playful energy we will not adopt him out to a home with kids. BIG dog experience will be needed in this case. He hasn't done a one-on-one dog meet but if you have an easy going dog, we would be open to a dog meet. Brooks does seem very reactive to cats so no cats for this guy. Brooks will need room to run and burn some energy so a fenced yard will be required for him.
