Meet Mr. Miller. He first came to the shelter back in 2018 heartworm positive. He went through his treatment and did fantastic. Now almost 10 years later this poor man's life again has been tossed around. Miller came in as a stray, tested positive for a couple of treatable tickborne diseases and we are once again treating this great guy. Millers' owner never came looking for him unfortunately, so he is looking for a home yet again. This time we want a forever home for this handsome gentleman, he deserves it. Miller is very polite, walks nicely on leash and appears housebroken. He loves to chase balls around and tease you with them. He knows a few basic commands. He greets polite dogs in the kennels so we will try a dog meet and see how they do together. Do you have space in your heart and home for this guy retire to? It's so sad at this late stage that Miller has to adjust to a new life, but he is taking it like the true gentleman he is.
