Gertie is a lover and, pending FDA approval, we can pretty confidently say that petting Gertie cures depression! It's impossible to be sad with her climbing into your arms, headbutting your face, and licking your nose! Miss Gertie is a sleek and stunning solid-black "house panther" with a gentle spirit and a curious heart. Gertie is graceful, observant, and ready to bring a touch of elegance (and plenty of purrs!) to her new home. She's the perfect companion for anyone who loves a classic black cat with tons of charm.
While in her previous home, Gertie was diagnosed with Feline Leukemia. Gertie's adopters will need to work closely with their veterinarian to ensure that she is feeling her best. Gertie should be the only cat in the home, or live with other leukemia positive cats.
Come meet Gertie and let this affectionate little house panther steal your heart!
