No doubt inspired by the soulful Nina Simone, this lovely lady has quite the singing voice of her own. During her time at the shelter, Bella Simone has been friendly, engaging, and warmly receptive to everyone she meets. She is a curious explorer who loves checking out her surroundings and staying involved in whatever her people are doing. A couch potato, she is not - Bella Simone enjoys keeping herself busy and finding little adventures throughout her day.
Bella Simone is recommended to be the only dog in the home for now, simply to give her the best opportunity to settle in comfortably and decompress as she adjusts to her new environment. As she gains confidence and continues to blossom, thoughtful, controlled dog-to-dog introductions can be explored in the future. Avoiding dog parks and high-energy settings will help set her up for success as she learns at her own pace. If you have a dog at home and are considering adding Bella Simone to the pack, you must bring your dog in to meet her.

Frey Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
