This handsome man is Roscoe! Roscoe was adopted from the NSPCA back in 2023 and was recently returned. Roscoe is described as being playful, affectionate, independent and extremely sweet. Roscoe is looking for a home with no cats and preferably no dogs however he tends to do well with female dogs on a case to case basis.
