Iggy is a beautifully resilient gentleman who is ready to find a quiet, dedicated sanctuary to call his own. This sweet boy unfortunately found himself at our shelter through no fault of his own after his beloved owner had to go into the hospital and was sadly unable to reclaim him. Navigating such a sudden disruption to his world has been a lot for him to process, and he is currently taking his time slowly coming out of his shell within our care.
Beneath his initial reserve is a deeply affectionate companion who is simply looking for a peaceful environment where he can build up his confidence. Iggy has one permanent requirement on his chart: he is on a special prescription diet and will need to remain on it for the rest of his life to keep him feeling tip-top. He is an absolute sweetheart who is looking for a dedicated partner to keep his bowl properly filled and honor his nutritional routine.
