Casey arrived at our shelter as a wandering stray carrying a very big secret; she was quite pregnant and looking for a safe harbor to finally rest her paws. She was quickly whisked away to a wonderful foster home where she brought her beautiful babies into the world in a warm, loving environment. Now that all of her little ones have grown up and been adopted into their own forever families, Casey is finally off the clock, out of the nursery, and fully ready to find her own true forever home!
Now that her motherhood duties are behind her, Casey's true colors are shining bright, and she is an incredibly spunky girl who absolutely loves to play! She happily tracks down feather wands, chasing toy mice across the floor, and showing off her lighthearted, youthful energy. She is a total live wire who will keep you laughing all day long with her silly antics.
Because Casey is so fiercely enthusiastic about life and play, she can sometimes get a little overly eager when she is showing her affection. She is currently working on refining her social manners and learning how to funnel all that big, passionate excitement into her toys rather than giving overzealous love-nips. She will thrive best with a patient adopter who can keep her well-entertained with plenty of play and help her continue mastering her companion skills.
