I'm Mozart--a cat, not a composer.
Far from Salzburg, birthplace of his famous namesake Wolfgang Amadeus, our Mozart is a local fellow, hailing from Hamilton. Currently relaxing in a foster home, our handsome boy is adjusting to his new surroundings while waiting to meet a family he can call his own.
ABOUT MOZART:
-In foster
-Adult, domestic longhair/mix, male
-When at the shelter, Mozart might have initially hissed at visitors, but he was simply asking you to proceed slowly.
-He preferred to spend most of his time in the comfort and security of his cubby. Once everything fell quiet at the end of a shift, Mozart sometimes emerged to lie down at the door to his kennel.
-Mozart can be petted around his cheeks and chin, however he can become overstimulated, so the ability to read body language is important.
-Tube treats are a good way to bring out his curious and sociable nature.
-Mozart is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.
MOZART'S IDEAL HOME:
-Mozart would like to be the only cat in a quiet household with no young children.
-He would appreciate an experienced adopter who understands it will take time for him to become comfortable in his new home.
W.A.Mozart gifted the world with over six hundred compositions. Although our Mozart is no musical prodigy, he will provide love and companionship, music to one's ears. If you are looking to add harmony to your life, why not schedule a virtual meeting to meet Mozart?
