Can we please be friends? -Donavan the cat.
Following a quick jaunt east from Steeltown, Donavan, a handsome, brown and white tabby boy, is looking to make new friends with whom he can spend the rest of his life.
ABOUT DONAVAN:
-In foster
-Adult, domestic shorthair/mix, male
-Donavan is friendly and often pretty chill (he even accepted his medication as if it were candy), with lots of affection to give.
-He adjusted quickly to his loving foster home, even choosing to chill on his foster mum's lazy-boy chair on the first evening!
-Donavan comes running to his foster parents when they get home, and stretches up on their legs to give them head butts.
-He prefers to spend most of his time near them, never wanting to waste one minute of the action.
-Donavan has boundless energy, and loves to chase springs and leap after wands.
-He might become a bit overstimulated when being pet, so reading his body language and redirecting him when necessary will help to channel his energy in a positive way.
-Donavan loves nibbling on his cat grass whenever he wishes-grazing at its very best!
- He is on a prescribed diet to address skin irritation.
-Donavan is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and has received core vaccinations.
DONAVAN'S IDEAL HOME:
-Given Donavan's gentle nature, a quiet setting without young children would be preferable.
-He would like to have a starring role as the sole cat in his new home.
-EHS will offer a short foster-to-adopt period before finalizing the adoption to assist Donavan to successfully transition to a forever home. During this time, our skilled volunteers will offer support to the potential adopters as they get to know Donavan and help ensure everyone settles in comfortably together.
Are you eager to add some live entertainment right in the comfort of your very own home? Donavan might well be your "man." Schedule a meet and greet; streaming might not be as popular as it once was.
