Riggs is a sweet 9-year-old German Shepherd mix who is ready to find a loving home where he can enjoy his golden years. This gentle guy is laid-back, affectionate, and happiest when life is calm and easygoing. Riggs knows "sit" and "paw", and he especially enjoys spending time outside, taking in the sights and smells at his own pace. He would love a quiet home where he can relax, enjoy some peaceful outdoor time, and be by his people's side. Because Riggs can be a little anxious, he is open to meeting children ages 10 and older who can understand and respect his need for patience and a calm environment. He may be open to more relaxed and laid back dogs. Riggs has so much love left to give and would be happiest with someone who will appreciate his gentle nature and give him the peaceful, loving retirement he deserves. If you're looking for a loyal companion to share your quiet days with, Riggs would love to meet you!
