Frankie is a sweet 7-year-old Lab mix with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. She absolutely adores people and has discovered that one of her favorite ways to show affection is with a big, heartfelt hug! Frankie is a very, very sweet girl who loves being around her people and soaking up all the attention she can get. Frankie is dog selective and would prefer to choose her canine companions carefully. Frankie is also open to meeting kids 8+. She is looking for a family who will appreciate her for the special girl she is and give her plenty of opportunities for walks, cuddles, affection, and quality time together. At 7 years old, Frankie has the perfect balance of companionship and personality. She's past the puppy craziness but still has plenty of life and love to share. If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate, outgoing dog who thinks hugs are one of the best things in life, Frankie would love to meet you!

If you are interested in adopting, please visit Women's Animal Center to fill out an application in person. We cannot accept any applications online or through email, and we cannot hold any specific animal for a potential adopter.
You do not need an appointment to walk through our shelter, so please stop by any time during our adoption hours.
