Scooter is a 5-year-old Lab mix with a heart full of love and a personality that's sure to win you over. This sweet boy is the definition of a "people dog" - he'll happily melt at your feet for pets and soak up all the affection you're willing to give. Scooter does have some allergies and will need a bit of extra care to keep him feeling his best. With the right routine and support from his adopter (and a veterinarian), he can continue to thrive and live a happy, comfortable life. While he loves relaxing and being close to his people, Scooter also has a playful side! He absolutely adores playtime and isn't picky when it comes to toys - if it squeaks, bounces, or can be tossed, he's all in. And if you really want to win him over, just bring some peanut butter - his all-time favorite treat! Scooter enjoys spending time outside, whether he's watching the world go by, taking in all the interesting smells, or just relaxing in the fresh air. He's the kind of dog who can appreciate both playtime and peaceful moments. Overall, Scooter is just a great all-around guy - sweet, affectionate, and easy to love. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will happily be by your side through both fun and quiet times, Scooter might be the dog for you. He is also open to meeting other dogs and kids of any age, however he would require a home with no cats or small animals.
