Rex is a big, handsome guy with a head-turning red and brown merle coat. In the yard, Rex shows off his fun, bouncy side. He warms up with a big case of the zoomies, then cools off by standing in the splash pool. If the pool isn't available, he will stand in the water bowl instead! He'll run after a thrown toy, retrieve it, and drop it, but he's not convinced there's any real point in bringing it back to you. A few treats might help him decide that returning the toy is actually worth it! Rex is an active boy, but he loves affection, too, snuggling in close for some good scratches and encouraging words.
Rex deserves to be loved for more than just his good looks. He's ready to be part of a family where he's appreciated for his personality, his presence, and all the joy and laughter he will undoubtedly bring.
