Meet Rue
Back in August, Mamma Rue arrived at HSNT with her adorable kittens in tow. She and her little crew went straight into foster care, where they quickly proved to be the perfect house guests.
Rue was an incredible mom. She loved and cared for her kittens endlessly, and like any good mother, she made sure her babies learned all the important lessons of being a well-mannered cat. Rue taught them proper grooming techniques, appropriate litter box etiquette, and, of course, the best ways to enjoy scratching posts and cat trees. She truly gave her kittens the best possible start in life.
Once her babies were big enough, they headed off to find their forever families. Now, it's Rue's turn.
With the responsibilities of motherhood behind her, Rue's playful personality is really starting to shine. She has the perfect balance of kitten-like energy and a serious appreciation for cuddles. Whether she's showing off her playful side or settling in for some affection, Rue has a way of making every moment special.
And with a unique name and an irresistible personality to match, Rue leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets.
Her kittens have found their families. Now this wonderful momma is ready for hers. Could you be Rue's forever home?
Volunteer POV: Rue is very friendly and playful with everyone she meets. She has a lot of energy in her tiny body and is sure to keep her adopters entertained with her antics. She would do best in a home without dogs. As a retired elementary school teacher, she reminds me of one of my favorite book characters for young children, Pete the Cat. IYKYK.
