They say dogs live in the moment, and Hopper is the perfect proof. Despite a difficult past, this spirited one-year-old has chosen nothing but love. When he arrived at HSNT, he was scared, but his spirit remained unbroken. Hopper greets every visitor with a hopeful wag and leaps of joy.
Hopper's joy is literally infectious-he bounces with excitement at the sight of his favorite people! He loves to play fetch and is a good running partner. With all the love he has to give - he'd prefer not to share it with any other four-legged family members.
With lots of energy he is looking for a family who will protect his resilient heart and cherish his playful nature. He's all packed and ready to go: microchipped, vaccinated, and neutered. All he needs now is you. Come meet Hopper and see how much light a little "hop" can bring to your life.
Volunteer Perspective:
Had a wonderful Doggie Day Out with Hopper! He went swimming, we went for a 5k run, into Lowes, and ended with a much deserved pup cup! He did great with everything and would make an absolute dream family dog. He is so friendly and easy to manage, I just adore him. He is a very special dog.
