Hi! I'm Zeus! I'm a handsome 7-year-old Goldendoodle with a BIG heart and an even bigger love for my people!
I'm a total snugglebug, and one of my favorite things is being close to my humans. When you come home, I'll happily greet you with lots of love and maybe even a hug! And when it's time to relax, I'm perfectly happy curling up on your lap for some cozy cuddle time.
I'm also a HUGE fan of toys! When I'm ready to play, I'll bring you my favorite toy and drop it at your feet because, obviously, it's your job to toss it for me! I also love going for walks and enjoying time outside.
I do have a little quirk that my forever family will need to understand. I can be protective of my food and toys, so I need to have my own space while I'm eating and shouldn't be expected to share my toys. With proper management and respect for my boundaries, I can be a wonderful companion.
I haven't been tested with children yet, so my foster family recommends a thoughtful introduction to make sure everyone is comfortable. I'm also a little nervous during thunderstorms, so I'll appreciate some extra reassurance when the weather gets loud.
If you're looking for a loving, playful, snuggly Doodle who will greet you like you're the best part of his day, I just might be your guy!
My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?
If my bio shows "Spay/Neutered" with a checkmark, I have already been altered; if you do not see this listed, my surgery is still scheduled and a refundable spay/neuter deposit will be required, which will be returned within 10 business days after my procedure is completed.
If you'd like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org.
Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you're welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we're closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays.
