Howdy, y'all! I'm Brad Paisley, and just like the laid-back country singer and songwriter I'm named after, I'm happiest when life is easygoing, the company is good, and there's plenty of time for relaxing with the people I love.
I may have started out living the outdoor life, but my time with my foster family has shown me that having a home of my own is where I really belong. When I first experienced all these new things, I needed a little time to warm up, but once I realized I was safe, my personality started to shine. Now I'm a relaxed, affectionate kitten who would much rather be close to my people than off doing my own thing.
I absolutely love being held like a baby and cuddled up close. Give me some chin scratches or even a belly rub, and I'm one happy little guy. I'm also playful when the mood strikes, with spring toys being a particular favorite, but most of the time I'm perfectly content to nap beside you while you go about your day. I'm the kind of companion who wants to be included in whatever you're doing.
In fact, if you work at a desk, congratulations - you've just found your new coworker! I love scampering onto my foster mom's desk to give kisses, check out what she's working on and settle in for a little nap. I'll also happily greet you when you walk into the room because I think every entrance deserves a proper welcome.
I'm easygoing about being picked up and handled, and I'm litter box trained, too. I also enjoy the company of other cats. We don't know how I feel about dogs yet because I haven't had the chance to meet any in my foster home.
My foster family says all I really need is a forever person who wants a sweet, relaxed little shadow to cuddle with and grow up alongside. If you're looking for a laid-back country boy with a soft spot for snuggles, desk duty, belly rubs and being close to his favorite people, I might just be your kind of guy.
Love, Brad Paisley
