Hi! I'm Mew, and I'm a sweet little girl with a playful heart and a soft spot for cozy cuddles.
When we first meet, I might be a little shy. I just need a little time to get to know you and decide that you're someone I can trust. Once I feel safe, though, you'll get to see my sweet and playful personality really start to shine. I'm also a pretty vocal girl, so don't be surprised if I have a few things to say-I like to keep my people informed!
I love to play and explore, but I'm also perfectly happy slowing things down when the mood strikes. One of my favorite things is curling up for a nap, especially in a cozy spot where I feel safe. I also love sunbathing and will happily soak up some sunshine when I find the perfect warm spot. And if I'm feeling especially affectionate, I may curl right up on your shoulder for some cuddles.
I'm happiest in a calm, peaceful environment where I can take things at my own pace, but I definitely know how to have a ball when playtime begins! I'm comfortable around children and can do well in a family, especially if I have a quiet place to retreat to when I need some alone time.
I'm comfortable around small male dogs, although I haven't been tested with other cats yet. I'm litter-box trained, I don't have separation anxiety, and I'm not known for being a runner, escape artist, or shredder. I also haven't shown any particular fears, although we don't know yet how I feel about thunderstorms or fireworks.
And if you're thinking about adopting a pair, I have a very special friend right here in my foster home-my brother Tigger! We get along wonderfully, and we could make an adorable duo for a family looking for twice the kitten fun and twice the love.
Whether I'm chasing a toy, soaking up the sunshine, chatting with my people, or curled up on your shoulder for a nap, I'm just waiting for the right person to give me the time and love I need to blossom. My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?
If my bio shows "Spay/Neutered" with a checkmark, I have already been altered; if you do not see this listed, my surgery is still scheduled and a refundable spay/neuter deposit will be required, which will be returned within 10 business days after my procedure is completed.

Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you're welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we're closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays.
