Hi! I'm Mercury! I'm a sweet little girl who may take a little time to show you just how special I am. I'm a bit more reserved than my sister Mars, but once I feel safe and comfortable, I absolutely LOVE my cuddles.
My foster family has been giving me lots of gentle encouragement and what they lovingly call "forced love," and I'm doing better and better every day. I'm learning that people are safe, that I'm loved, and that there's nothing to be afraid of.
I'm still coming out of my shell, but I'm making wonderful progress and really enjoying being part of my foster family. I'm good with children of all ages, and with a little patience, affection, and time to build my confidence, I know I'll continue to blossom into a loving companion.
My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?
If my bio shows "Spay/Neutered" with a checkmark, I have already been altered; if you do not see this listed, my surgery is still scheduled and a refundable spay/neuter deposit will be required, which will be returned within 10 business days after my procedure is completed.

Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you're welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we're closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays.
