Hi, I'm Carl!
I'm a fun-loving guy with a big personality, a heart full of love, and plenty of fun to share! I've been in my foster home for about a month now, and I've settled in with my three foster sisters, two cats, and another dog. I'm happy to report that I'm both dog- and cat-friendly!
I'm a total lovebug, and one of my favorite things in the world is curling up next to you on the couch for some quality cuddle time. But don't let my snuggly side fool you-I also love playing fetch, going for walks, and heading out on adventures to see what exciting things I can sniff out!
Of course, I have my favorite toys, too. In fact, there's one special toy I'm particularly attached to that I call my "baby." I love carrying it around and playing with it, and it's definitely one of my favorite things!
When I first met my cat foster sisters, they weren't quite sure what to think of me. I gave them time to get comfortable, and now we're great friends! I also lived happily with another small dog before he found his forever home. I get along well with small female dogs, too. I haven't met many large dogs yet, so we'd need to see how that goes. I haven't been around children, either, so my feelings about little humans are still a mystery.
I'm still working on my housetraining and getting comfortable with a crate, so I'll need a patient family willing to help me keep learning. The good news is that I don't climb fences, chew things up, run off, or chase cars. I'm also comfortable when my people leave the house, so you don't have to worry about me being upset when you head out!

My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?
If my bio shows "Spay/Neutered" with a checkmark, I have already been altered; if you do not see this listed, my surgery is still scheduled and a refundable spay/neuter deposit will be required, which will be returned within 10 business days after my procedure is completed.

Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you're welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we're closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays.
