Meet Itachi
Hi, I'm Itachi, and I'm one very good boy looking for a family who has plenty of time to spend with me. I'm a loving, happy guy who absolutely loves people and children. I've especially enjoyed spending time with my 12-year-old human friend, and I'm always ready to make new friends.
I love going on long walks, and I'm an excellent walking buddy. I'm proud to say I keep my tail held high while I stroll along. I'm also incredibly fast and strong, so I'll do best with someone who can appreciate my enthusiasm and continue helping me channel all that energy into positive activities.
I'm playful and sometimes I get so excited that I like to jump, so little kids may not be the best match for me until I've had a chance to learn some manners around smaller children. I'm a strong boy with a big heart, and I just need someone who understands that my excitement comes from wanting to love and play.
I'm also a very smart and disciplined guy. I know how to listen and respond to cues, and I'm eager to please my people. I'm an excellent watchdog and protector, too, so you'll always know I'm keeping an eye on things.
Most of all, I'm a loving companion who wants to be part of someone's life. My current person loves me so much and wishes she could keep me, but she knows I deserve someone who has the time to give me the attention, exercise, love, and companionship I need.

My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?
If my bio shows "Spay/Neutered" with a checkmark, I have already been altered; if you do not see this listed, my surgery is still scheduled and a refundable spay/neuter deposit will be required, which will be returned within 24 hours after my procedure is completed.

Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you're welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we're closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays.
