Hi there! I'm Rick Grimes, and I might just be your new best friend! I'm an orange tabby boy with an adventurous spirit, a whole lot of kitten energy, and a serious appreciation for cozy cuddle time.

I've been with my foster family for about three months after my mom disappeared, and I've been busy making the most of my new life. I LOVE exploring and checking out new things, especially when my brothers, Glenn and Negan, are along for the adventure. We love running, wrestling, and playing together, and I'd be thrilled to be adopted with one or even both of them. That said, I'm also confident enough to do well on my own and would be happy to find a family who will give me plenty of attention and playtime.

There's not much I don't want to investigate! I'm a fan of lasers, fishing-pole toys, cardboard boxes, cat tunnels, and pretty much anything that moves. If something catches my eye, you can bet I'm going to check it out. I may have lots of energy, but when playtime is over, I know how to relax, too.

When it's time to wind down, I love snuggling and cuddling on a cozy blanket. I like to stretch all the way out when I sleep, but one of my favorite positions is rolling onto my back with all four paws in the air. It's hard to resist a cute orange tabby sleeping like that!

I'm litter-box trained and happily eat both wet and dry food. I'm usually the last one at the dinner table because I like to make sure the bowl is completely clean before I leave. Someone has to take care of those leftovers, right?

I get along well with other cats, and I don't have any special needs, separation anxiety, or fears of thunderstorms or fireworks. I haven't been tested with children yet, and I haven't lived with dogs, so we don't know what I think of them just yet. I'm also not known for being a runner, escape artist, or shredder.

I'm ready for my next great adventure-finding a forever family of my very own! And if you've been thinking about adopting a pair of kittens, my two brothers, Negan and Glenn, and my sister, Michone, are also looking for their forever homes.

Whether I'm racing around after a toy, exploring a cardboard box, or stretched out beside you with my paws in the air, I'm ready to fill your home with fun, affection, and plenty of kitten adventures. I can't wait to meet you!

My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?

If my bio shows "Spay/Neutered" with a checkmark, I have already been altered; if you do not see this listed, my surgery is still scheduled and a refundable spay/neuter deposit will be required, which will be returned within 10 business days after my procedure is completed.

If you'd like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org.

Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you're welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we're closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays.
