Hi, I'm Hazel, and if you're looking for a happy, active best friend, I think we should meet! Life is one big adventure to me! I love to run, play, explore, and make the most of every day. Whether we're going for a walk, playing in the yard, or just tossing around my favorite toys (I have to admit, I do enjoy removing the stuffing!), I'm always ready for some fun. When the excitement winds down, I'm more than happy to roll over for belly rubs-they're one of my favorite things in the whole world. I also know a few commands like sit, bed, and kennel, and I actually love hanging out in my crate. I'm housetrained, walk nicely on a leash, and I'm kenneled during mealtimes.
I'm a friendly girl who enjoys meeting both women and men, and I get excited to see children of all ages. I've done well with small dogs, too! I haven't had the chance to meet cats or larger dogs yet, so those introductions would be new for me. I do have a little separation anxiety because I form strong bonds with my people. I especially adore my guardian's daughter and always want to be close to her. With love, patience, and a family that enjoys having me as part of their daily life, I'll reward you with endless loyalty and affection.

My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?
If my bio shows "Spay/Neutered" with a checkmark, I have already been altered; if you do not see this listed, my surgery is still scheduled and a refundable spay/neuter deposit will be required, which will be returned within 24 hours after my procedure is completed.

Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you're welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we're closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays.
