Hi, my name is Hummingbird and I'm a young queen, and I know exactly how wonderful cats are-so naturally, I believe I deserve to be treated like the royalty I am! I may have a little sass when things don't go quite my way, but underneath it all, I'm a sweet girl who just needs someone who understands me.
My life before foster care is a bit of a mystery, and while I can be cautious when faced with new people or unfamiliar situations, I'm learning that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. I do best when I'm given time to take things at my own pace and the opportunity to decide when I'm ready for attention. Once I'm comfortable, I love having my people nearby and will happily wander over for some affection when I'm in the mood.
I'm also an amazing mama! I raised seven beautiful babies and took my job very seriously, protecting and caring for them every step of the way. Now that my kittens are growing up, I'm ready for a new chapter where I can spend some time being spoiled and simply enjoy being a cat.
I'll admit, I'm a bit of a foodie. I love my dry food, but I can get bored if I eat the same thing for too long, so I appreciate a little variety. I like having different textures of wet food to choose from, and I absolutely LOVE Churu and Delectables-both the treats and the wet meals. A girl has to have standards!
I'm happiest being part of the household without needing to be the center of attention. You might find me lounging on top of the cat tower, watching everything happening around me, before casually wandering over for pets when I decide it's time. I also enjoy chasing the laser toy, and catnip is one of my favorite little indulgences!
I'm not a fan of dogs, so I'd love a dog-free home where I can feel completely comfortable and relaxed. I'd also do best in a peaceful home where my people will respect my boundaries, give me time to settle in, and appreciate my independent personality.
I've spent so much of my life being a mama, and now I'm ready for someone to spoil me. I may take a little time to show you my heart, but I promise this queen is worth getting to know.
My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?
If my bio shows "Spay/Neutered" with a checkmark, I have already been altered; if you do not see this listed, my surgery is still scheduled and a refundable spay/neuter deposit will be required, which will be returned within 10 business days after my procedure is completed.

Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you're welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we're closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays.
