Meet Charlie! Charlie is a friendly, playful young dog who loves being around his guardian and family. He is housetrained, doesn't climb fences, and enjoys running and playing in the yard. He gets along wonderfully with children-especially toddlers-and greets women and familiar people with excitement and warmth.
With unfamiliar men, new environments, and busy outdoor settings, Charlie can be cautious, but with gentle reassurance he gains confidence. He walks on a leash, takes treats easily, and loves attention and companionship.
He is crate trained and still learning consistency, especially when he knows someone is home and would rather be with them. At mealtimes he gets excited and may try to take another dog's food, so separate feeding works best.
Charlie is a sweet, loving companion who will thrive with a patient adopter ready to continue helping him build confidence. With consistency and patience, Charlie will make a great addition to any home.
My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?
If my bio shows "Spay/Neutered" with a checkmark, I have already been altered; if you do not see this listed, my surgery is still scheduled and a refundable spay/neuter deposit will be required, which will be returned within 24 hours after my procedure is completed.

Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you're welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we're closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays.
