I've been through some tough stuff (I lost my back left leg), but I'm healing and getting stronger every day. I can't jump up into things just yet-like cars or beds-but I can handle a few stairs and love to run around the yard! With time and practice, I'll keep building up my strength and balance.
I may be a bit shy at first, especially with new dogs, but I really do want to be friends. I'll let them know if I need a little space, but once we're cool, I love to snuggle up with a buddy. I haven't met any cats or kids yet, so I'm not sure how I feel about them.
I enjoy chewing on toys, exploring outside, and play-wrestling with my dog friends-but cuddling? That's my absolute favorite. Give me chin rubs, ear scratches, or some love in the spot I can't reach anymore, and I'll melt into you.
I'm quiet most of the time, but I'll whine softly if I need something. I'm crate trained, still working on potty training, and just want to find someone who will love me for who I am-a soft, sweet boy who's brave enough to try again.
