Hi there, I'm Rex-also known as Rexy Poo, Old Man, or Chunky Boy (I take mild offense to that last one, thank you very much). I'm a distinguished gentleman of six years, and I take my job as Chief Cuddle Officer very seriously.
I have zero concept of personal space-if there's an open lap or chest, I'm claiming it. I will sing the song of my people with my raspy meow until you acknowledge me with appropriate affection. I consider myself a bit of a hygiene expert, so don't be surprised if I help groom you... because clearly, you humans could use the assistance.
Despite my ahem "chunk," I still have a need for speed. I'll show off my zoomies when the mood strikes, and then promptly return to my regularly scheduled eight-hour nap-on you, of course.
I love all children, detest dogs (I simply don't do barking), and haven't met another cat yet, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. I'm litter box trained, low maintenance, and totally fine with alone time-as long as you feed me promptly. I'll even serve as your personal alarm clock. You're welcome.
