Some dogs arrive quietly, carrying stories they've never had the chance to tell. Stella (also known as Aphrodite) is one of those dogs. A breeder surrender, Stella is just beginning to discover what it means to be safe, loved, and part of a family. She's not flashy or demanding, just quietly wonderful, and ready for a home that sees her for the gem she is.

Demeanor: Stella is sweet and easy-going. She has a little stranger-danger fear (more with men), and so she warms up a little slowly at first. Stella is timid/shy, mellow, playful at times, a couch potato, and social.
Likes: Playing tug-o-war, car rides, walks, belly rubs, baths, children, dogs, stuffed toys, chew toys, sleeping in your bed/burrowing under blankets
Dislikes: Strangers, loud noises/voices.
Unknown: Cats
Manners: Housebroken, crate-trained, and leash-trained. Stella likes walks and exploring the yard. She knows "sit" and "come".

Stella is a 5-year-old Boston Terrier who's learning how sweet life can be. She's mellow, gentle, and a little shy at first, especially around loud voices or new men, but once she warms up, she's a quiet companion who loves belly rubs, soft blankets, and snuggling beside her favorite people.
She's housebroken, crate-trained, and leash-savvy. Stella enjoys short walks, car rides, and playful moments with her foster sibling. Her favorite spot? Curled up next to the foster family's daughter, burrowed under the covers like a true Boston.
Stella doesn't need much, just kindness, patience, and a cozy place to land. She's finishing heartworm treatment and will be spayed soon, but she's already showing how easy she is to live with and love.
