Sadly, Rory has spent far too much of his life in a shelter waiting for the loving home he deserves - but his resilience and sweet spirit have never dimmed.
Rory is dog selective. He does show barrier reactivity to other dogs and hasn't been tested since at our shelter. It is possible that he may get along with another dog.
