Affectionately known as Flosker during his time in foster care, this big orange boy is now back at the shelter and ready to find a calm, easygoing home to call his own. His time in foster was spent helping staff learn more about his personality and behaviour in a home environment, and he showed himself to be a sweet companion who thrives when allowed to settle in at his own pace.
Flosker can take a little time to warm up to new people and surroundings, but once comfortable he loves being near his humans. He's more of a "sit beside you" cat than a lap cat, happily keeping you company throughout the day and especially eager for pets and scratches each morning.
A champion napper and blanket fort enthusiast, Flosker also enjoys asking for snacks, chasing stray bobby pins, and showing off the occasional burst of pre-bedtime parkour energy. He would do best in a patient home that appreciates a quieter companion and lets him approach affection and new experiences on his own terms.
