My name is Orchid, and I'm a gentle, sensitive soul on a journey to discover just how kind the world can be. I'm what the folks here call a Spirit Cat-a quiet and shy kitty who's still learning that humans can be trusted. I'm not the kind of cat who will immediately curl up in your lap, but with time, patience, and a few Temptations treats or Churu tubes, you just might earn my trust.
I love having a cozy, safe place to retreat to-it helps me feel secure as I get to know my surroundings. A calm, quiet home is where I'll truly thrive! I've lived with other cats before and would likely do best in a peaceful environment with older kids (15+) who understand that I need time and space.
I may not be the life of the party, but I have a lot of quiet love to give-and for the right person, I could be a beautiful, rewarding companion.
My adoption fee is $185, which includes my spay, up-to-date vaccinations, internal and external parasite treatments, and a permanent ID microchip.
