Meet Bonzai!
Warning: Bonzai has entered the chat... and he brought ALL the energy!
This smart, speedy, fun-loving guy is basically a four-legged combination of brains, zoomies, and "What are we learning next?!" Bonzai is high-energy, incredibly intelligent, and very motivated to learn. Give him something to do and he is READY. TO. GO!
His favorite subject? FETCH.
His second favorite subject? Probably fetch again.
And his third? Whatever keeps his brain busy!
Bonzai does fantastic in dog play groups and loves having canine buddies to romp around with. He's the kind of dog who would happily turn playtime into an Olympic event-and he's definitely showing up for the gold medal.
Because Bonzai is such a smart and driven guy, consistent and ongoing training will be important. He's eager to learn and would love a family who will keep teaching him new things, giving him appropriate outlets for his energy, and helping him channel all that enthusiasm into being an amazing companion.
One important detail: Bonzai is not a fan of cats, so a cat-free home is a must.
Bonzai came to us through our Shelter-to-Shelter Program in partnership with GoNorth Transport, and now this energetic, goofy, clever boy is looking for his forever team.
