Bindi is approximately seven years old and weighs around 70 pounds. He is calm and relaxed indoors, enjoys cozy naps and belly rubs, and loves spending time with his people. When it is time to play, bring out the tennis ball-Bindi loves a good game of fetch and proudly brings the ball back for another throw.
He walks beautifully on leash, has wonderful house manners, uses a dog door, and enjoys quiet walks. Bindi may bark when meeting someone new, but once he has time to feel comfortable, his sweet and gentle personality begins to shine.
Bindi has previously lived with both large and small dogs, a cat, and chickens. He has also spent time around children ages 10-12. Introductions with resident dogs and younger children are recommended to ensure everyone is comfortable.
Bindi takes thyroid medication and anxiety medication, which has been reduced as he has settled into his foster home. He is also working toward a healthier weight.
