Hi, I'm LuLuBelle! I'm a happy, loving girl with two favorite hobbies: playing with my springs and taking very, very long naps. I can happily spend all day chasing springs around the house, and when I finally wear myself out, I'm an expert napper!
I'm currently in a foster home where I'm the only kitty, so I haven't had the chance to meet other cats, dogs, or children yet. I do wonderfully with adults and absolutely love being around my humans. In fact, if I'm not playing or sleeping, you can usually find me sitting nearby and keeping an eye on whatever you're doing. I'm happiest when I'm in the same room as my person.
My favorite toys are definitely springs, especially when I can send them flying under the oven or fridge! I get especially excited when my humans do a little "spring clean-out" and rescue all my lost treasures from underneath the appliances. I also love racing through my cat tunnel and exploring my surroundings.
When it comes to affection, I'm a gentle girl with a sensitive side. I prefer very light, gentle touches rather than heavier pets, and I especially love head scratches, forehead kisses, and little forehead boops. I even enjoy gentle belly rubs! I'm a little sensitive around my back, though, so I appreciate being handled with care. I also prefer being held with my paws supported against your shoulders or hands, and I'm not comfortable being held on my back.
One of the things that makes me special is how affectionate I am in my own quiet way. I don't meow very often, but I have a slightly congested-sounding voice and breathing, which means you may be able to locate me around the house just by listening for me! I also love giving kisses and forehead boops, and I have absolutely gorgeous coloring.
My perfect home would give me plenty of room to run, chase my toys, and explore. I'd love elevated spaces where I can climb up and survey my kingdom, along with a dedicated cozy spot where I can take my very important naps. Most of all, I'd love a family who appreciates my gentle nature and is happy to give me affection on my terms.
I do have some ongoing nasal congestion due to suspect allergies and take Chlorpheniramine twice a day to help keep me comfortable.I'm a happy girl who just needs my medication and a family willing to continue giving me the gentle care I'm used to.
