Tootsie is a 4-year-old shy but sweet biscuit maker! This pretty girl came to us as a stray and has been a little reserved while settling in. She may greet you with a hiss when you first approach her cage, but once she realizes you're there to give her love, she leans into the pets and happily starts making biscuits.
Tootsie is looking for a cat-experienced home that will give her the time, patience, and understanding she needs to come out of her shell and show everyone the sweet kitty we know she is.
