Dusty is an adorable 3-year-old special needs Shih Tzu. He was abandoned in our lobby by his owner because she could no longer care for him. He was so confused as to what was going on, but he slowly began to trust. Dusty was so heavily matted we could barely see him, but when the veterinarians shaved his fur, they noticed his left eye had glaucoma. His eye was removed and he is recovering in his foster home. Missing one eye has not slowed him down. He is very inquisitive of everything around him. He is in a foster home with 4 other furry brothers and sisters.
