Zinger was rescued from a hoarding situation where he lived in awful conditions. These poor dogs lived in their own filth and were covered from head to toe in mats and feces. You'd think they would hold a grudge against people after their mistreatment, but they're so social and sweet! He can't wait to live the good life in a clean and loving home!
