Fun Facts About Me:
· Although I am hoping to find a home where I am the one and only pupster, I am open to play dates and romping with buddies who are a good match; I used to attend doggy daycare
· I am somewhat persnickety about my canine pals and prefer dogs who are good at reading pooch communication and are polite and respectful of my needs; I have participated in play groups at the shelter with calm dogs I met with slow introductions
· I do not like sharing with other dogs so I appreciate enjoying toys, treats, food and other things of value by myself
· In my previous home I was puppy-pad trained and had a regular schedule to use the outdoor facilities so I never developed an obvious signal to go outside
· I do enjoy getting exercise every day and was thrilled to have a fenced yard at my previous home where I could run around and play; I am also a big fan of walks
· I have been described as a couch potato because after a nice round of exercise I like to relax and take a nice siesta
· I am a smart gal and know the cues for ‘sit' and ‘bed' which my people used to ask me to go to my comfy, cozy pet bed; I hope to keep my brain busy and engaged with more training with you
· I am calm, quiet and affectionate (on my own terms); once I have bonded to a human, I am quite a lover-girl
· I do not like thunderstorms at all; they make me very nervous and I think if I bark at them, they will go away - so far that has worked well
· I am quite fond of car rides and hope I can accompany you on all sorts of fun adventures
