Personality: Biscuit is a master biscuit-maker! He's full of affection and is looking for a home that will give him plenty of cheek rubs and scratches behind his ears. Every morning he greets staff and volunteers from the front of his cage with the cutest little chirps. He is a playful guy that loves chasing wand toys and playing with plush mice. He has a serious obsession with catnip and is maybe a little too passionate about it-but he'll give you plenty of laughs.
