Pepper is a handsome speckled young adult who has been with us way too long and we don't know why. Stunning looks, good manners, shining personality - the boy has it all. Although, he does have the bad habit of not always giving the ball back that he just fetched for you. He enjoys running away with it and playing keep away. Could that be it?!?
