Handsome Franklin, or Frankie as his fans call him, came to the shelter because his owner was pregnant and no longer able to care for him. They shared that he loves to play and especially enjoys tunnels, streamers, and catnip. He also loves to be brushed and enjoys making biscuits on pillows and blankets. Frankie can be a lap cat when the mood strikes him, is extra affectionate when he's hungry, and he really likes chin scratches. He's described as smart, active, and playful and was reported to be afraid of small children. He spent some time around a large dog and tolerated them but was more confident after they left.
