**Meet Adderall, Ritalin & Mel!**
These three lovely ladies are looking for a very special home with an experienced rat owner who understands that trust can't be rushed.
Adderall and Ritalin are sisters, and Mel is Adderall's daughter. They came to us from a severe hoarding situation, and because of their difficult past, they are understandably fearful and wary of people. They aren't looking to be cuddly companions right away-in fact, they prefer to keep to themselves and will need patient adopters who are willing to let them settle in at their own pace.
Adderall, Ritalin, and Mel do not enjoy being handled. Their ideal home is one that will respect their boundaries, provide plenty of enrichment, and allow them to simply be rats. Watching them explore, forage, and interact with one another is incredibly rewarding, even if they never become affectionate pets.
Because of their needs, they are looking for:
* An experienced rat owner
* A quiet home with no children
* A home with no predatory animals (such as cats, dogs with prey drive, or ferrets)
* Someone with patience, understanding, and realistic expectations
These girls may never be the type of rats that climb into your lap for cuddles, but they still deserve a safe, loving home where they can live out their lives on their own terms. If you have the experience and compassion to give Adderall, Ritalin, and Mel the second chance they deserve, they would love to meet you.
