Gabby Ray is a sweet little pittie who on a walk may want to sniff every blade of grass but also to run-she can't always decide which is more important! Her mini zoomies at times turn into rolling in the grass; she's a very joyful girl! Gabby is one of the cuddle queens of the shelter and will happily sit in anyone's lap- luckily she's a smaller pittie and can (mostly) fit! This girl is a staff and volunteer favorite, and just looking at her loving face, it's easy to see why.
She recently spent a weekend enjoying time in a foster home and this is what they shared: This weekend was all about Gabby Ray and what a joy she is! From the moment she arrived, she was curious with a capital C, sniffing every corner of the house like a tiny detective. Once she'd investigated, she was all about cuddles and closeness, hopping on the couch to snuggle, leaning against me, and even rolling over for belly rubs. That freckle on her nose just makes her impossible not to love.
Gabby Ray brought the perfect mix of puppy energy and chill vibes, mini zoomies around the living room, bursts of play with her stuffies, then sweet naps in between. Walks were a highlight too, with her alertly following every squirrel and bird and even barking at a few kids riding bikes nearby. She's a clever little girl, walking to the door when she needs to go out, sitting politely for treats, and enjoying car rides like a pro.
At home, she was my shadow, following me around, "helping" with cooking and laundry, and checking in from her dog bed at night. Bedtime was easy. Ask her to go lay down, and she tucked herself in like a champ. Overall, Gabby Ray is playful, affectionate, and endlessly charming, with a personality that makes every moment feel special."
