Cooper is a handsome golden retriever. At six and a half years young, he still has the excitement and enthusiasm of a puppy. Cooper's first few years were very sheltered, but since arriving at the SPCA he has really started to enjoy all the new experiences! Cooper would be classified as a flight risk due to his past lack of socialization and he will have to go home as a single pet due to resource guarding towards others. He needs a patient and experienced family who will continue to build his confidence and work on his manners. Cooper really does have a heart of gold and he is going to be a great dog for some lucky family.
