Rumby is a very handsome and highly intelligent shepherd mix. Rumby is part of the SPCA's RACE (Runner Assisted Canine Exercise) Team and enjoys running, playing two-ball fetch, swimming and going for car rides. He thrives on work-play balance and needs to be in an adults-only home with an owner committed to exercising his body and mind. He will need a home who can commit to training and working on his behavioral needs, specifically reactivity and stranger danger. Once he knows and is comfortable with someone, Rumby is very loving and affectionate. He has good leash manners and will give sweet kisses.
Rumby would do best with an owner experienced with working breed dogs, or experience with reactive dogs.
