Meet Cougie! Cougie came in as a stray very underweight, and clearly neglected. He had been running stray for weeks, and he was luckily caught and then brought to us. Cougie is very friendly, however, he can also be shy. We are not sure what his background was like, but we can tell he was not treated very nice. For that reason, he can be shy with new faces and takes time to warm up. We would recommend a quiet or mellow household that will give Cougie lots of patience and love! He does seem very interested in other dogs, so many a doggie best friend will also help.
