Meet Allen. He's a sweetheart. Big lover boy who just needs some time to get used to his new home. He's strong and active. He wants to sprint around the back yard and then come inside and snuggle on the couch or chew on a bone. He'd be a great running buddy. He can be protective of toys when first meeting a dog but once he bonds, that dog can do no harm. He listens well and is eager to please. He's met my cats in passing but they are very dog neutral. If the cats hissed or ran from him, I think he'd chase them. I haven't seen him around kids but for us, we can do anything with him. Touch his teeth, ears, paws, squeeze him, and he his completely unbothered. He gives toys back willingly. He'll be a phenomenal dog for anyone who gives him the time to settle in.
