Hey, My me is Delores. I am a 2-year-old pit mix. I was brought EHS as a stray. I am super shy at first but warms up fast. I bond with people very quickly but fast movements and new people scare me. I LOVE other dogs and could live with cats. It would be best for me to live with children over 10 years of age. I could learn to love being adventurous. I had Delores for a 4-day doggycation. If you look up Sweet Girl in the Doggy Dictionary, you will see her. She relaxed as soon as we drove away from EHS, and was good in the car. New things are a little scary to her, but even just in those four days, she grew more confident getting in and out of the car. She was nervous to walk in the neighborhood, but fine in my yard. Inside, she quickly settled in and was calm, quiet, snuggly, and playful. This sweet girl just needs a little patience and someone to hold her paw when she's experiencing something new.
